Join us as an Industrial Trainer II and play a pivotal role in developing the skills that power our manufacturing operations. You'll design impactful training programs, lead hands-on learning experiences, and help build a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What will you do?
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices
- Manage the Learning Corner and coordinate training resources to support employee development
- Assess training effectiveness and refine content to ensure measurable improvements in performance
- Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training strategies and address operational needs
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Communication — intermediate level; delivering clear training sessions to diverse employee groups
- Learning Design — intermediate level; creating engaging training modules tailored to industrial operations
- Manufacturing Design and Methodology — intermediate level; translating technical processes into practical learning content
- Change Management — intermediate level; supporting employees through process improvements and current procedures
- Lean Methodology — developing level; integrating lean principles into training programs to drive efficiency
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; leveraging digital tools to enhance training delivery and tracking
- Influencing Skills — intermediate level; motivating learners and gaining stakeholder buy-in for training initiatives
- Drives for Results — intermediate level; ensuring training translates into measurable performance improvements
