Work Distribution Assembly, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing

Create Standard Time for Processes and Sub Processes

Qualification Required

BE/B. Tech (Mechanical/Production/ Industrial Engineering)

Experience (In years)

3 - 7yrs.

Desired Skill Set

Excellent communication, interpersonal interaction, and time management skills

Positive knowledge of wiring harness manufacturing processes (cutting, stripping, crimping, assembly, testing).

Experience in MOST Method, Man- Machine Chart

Knowledge of Ergonomics basic

Experience in Automotive Industry.

Behavioural Skills

Good command over language, negotiation skills, positive attitude, confidence

Analytical and problem-solving mindset
