Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role

We are looking for an Independent Facility Manager to oversee the overall cleanliness, upkeep, presentation, and day-to-day facility standards of our properties. The ideal candidate should have strong housekeeping/facility management skills and the ability to independently monitor and maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Ensure the overall upkeep, cleanliness, and presentation of the property are maintained at all times.

-Ensure there are zero DM tickets through proactive monitoring and timely resolution of facility-related concerns.

-Maintain a high standard of guest experience and property presentation.

Candidate Profile

Prior Housekeeping experience in hotels will be an added advantage.





Experience in facility management, housekeeping, hospitality, or property operations is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Candidates who are currently on a career break and looking for a part-time opportunity are encouraged to apply.

Preferred age group: 35–40 years.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹8,000

Transportation Allowance: ₹2,000 per month

Incentive Opportunity: Additional incentives based on achieving Zero DM Tickets.

Total Fixed Monthly Earnings: ₹10,000 + Incentives
