About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound corporate client inquiries through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
2. Understand client requirements, budgets, quantities, occasions, and customization needs.
3. Recommend suitable gifting solutions based on client requirements.
4. Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
5. Follow up proactively with leads and convert inquiries into orders.
6. Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
7. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for timely execution.
8. Maintain accurate CRM and sales tracker updates.
9. Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business.
10. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
