Job Title: Incubation Manager

Job Overview The Incubation Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities of incubator, supporting startups and innovators, and developing the startup ecosystem at ASF-TBI. The role will involve interaction with startups, mentors, investors, industries and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations and incubation programmes of ASF-TBI.
- Identify, evaluate and onboard promising startups and innovative ideas.
- Coordinate mentoring, entrepreneurship programmes, workshops, bootcamps, hackathons and pitch events.
- Support startups in accessing government schemes, grants, funding, IPR and market opportunities.
- Monitor startup progress, milestones and incubation outcomes.
- Maintain startup records, MIS, reports, agreements and government programme documentation.

Qualification& Experience

- B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 2 -4 years of relevant experience in startup incubation, entrepreneurship, business development or project management.




- Experience in handling government-supported incubation programmes, startup schemes and related compliance activities will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of startups, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
