- Project Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, milestones, and risks,
assisting in mitigation strategies.
- Administrative Support: Support project managers with resource scheduling, budget tracking, and data entry in PMO tools.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders to ensure information flow.
