As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

& Summary: We are looking for a skilled MuleSoft Developer with around 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience building REST APIs, integrating enterprise applications, and following API-led connectivity principles.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain MuleSoft APIs and integrations.

- Develop APIs using RAML/OAS specifications.

- Build RESTful services using Mule 4.

- Implement API-led Connectivity (Experience, Process, and System APIs).

- Consume and expose SOAP and REST web services.

- Develop reusable flows, DataWeave transformations, and connectors.

- Integrate applications like Salesforce, SAP, databases, HTTP, FTP/SFTP, JMS, etc.

- Perform unit testing using MUnit.

- Deploy applications to CloudHub, On-Prem and Runtime Fabric.

- Monitor APIs using Anypoint Monitoring and Runtime Manager.

- Knowledge of MuleSoft best practices, API governance, guardrails, and API-led delivery principles

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Participate in code reviews and follow MuleSoft best practices.

- Work with cross-functional teams during requirement analysis and implementation.

- Create technical documentation for APIs and integrations.

- Candidates with exposure to AI features within the MuleSoft ecosystem will have an added advantage.

Mandatory skill sets:

- 5+ years of experience in developing server-side applications using Node.js





- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL/NoSQL

- Experience with Express and other Node.js frameworks

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT, OAuth etc.

- Knowledge of software development methodologies, testing practices, and Agile development

- Familiarity with application CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (MCD Level 1) (Positive to Have)
