Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Manager role based in Vadodara.

The Import Export

Manager will oversee end-to-end export and import activities, including planning shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics providers, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The role involves preparing and reviewing export documentation, monitoring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining accurate records for audits and reporting. The manager will liaise with international clients and partners, negotiate terms, resolve shipment issues, and support pricing and contract discussions related to global trade.

The role also includes analyzing market trends,



optimizing logistics costs, and collaborating with internal teams such as production, sales, and finance to align import-export activities with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, logistics partners, and international clients.
- Hands-on experience in export operations and import export processes, with knowledge of shipping terms and trade compliance.
- Proficiency in export documentation, including preparation and verification of invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
- Knowledge of international trade principles, regulations, and Incoterms, preferably within manufacturing or ceramics industries.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management related to import-export activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and manage multiple shipments and priorities under time constraints.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field; skilled certifications in export/import or logistics are an advantage.
