Position: Import Assistant / Import Associate

CTC: ₹6 – ₹18 LPA

Experience: 2–5 Years Preferred

Location: Kolkata

Industry: Electric Vehicles | Lithium Batteries | Automobile Manufacturing

? Job Role

We are looking for a Smart, Confident, Highly Organized and Responsible skilled to manage and coordinate national & international procurement and import operations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with international suppliers and Indian vendors.

•⁠ ⁠Manage Import POs, shipping documents and shipment tracking.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, customs and transporters.

•⁠ ⁠Verify Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO and Bill of Entry.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor customs clearance, duties, freight and final delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with suppliers for timely dispatch and documentation.





•⁠ ⁠Maintain import records and prepare MIS reports.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Warehouse and Production teams.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure smooth and timely availability of imported materials.

Required Skills

Import/Export | Customs | CHA Coordination | International Logistics | HS Codes | Incoterms | MS Excel | ERP | Vendor Management | Strong Communication & Follow-up

Preferred Industry Experience: EV, Automobile, Lithium Battery, Electronics or Manufacturing.

Preferred Passport and can travel a & when required.
