Role Description The Implementation Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading end-to-end implementation of AI solutions for enterprise clients. This role coordinates discovery and requirements gathering, translates business needs into technical implementation plans, and manages project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.

The Implementation

Manager collaborates closely with client teams and internal engineers to configure integrations, oversee testing, and ensure successful deployment into production environments. Day-to-day activities include managing implementation roadmaps, monitoring risks and issues, facilitating status meetings, documenting processes and workflows, and driving continuous improvement based on client feedback and performance data.



The role also supports best practices for change management and user adoption to maximize value from implemented AI solutions.

Qualifications

- Experience managing implementation projects for SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or systems integration, including requirements discovery, planning, and execution.
- Background working with ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, APIs, data platforms, or workflow automation tools in an implementation or operations context.
- Robust project management skills, including stakeholder communication, risk management, scheduling, and documentation of processes and technical details.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and client operations teams.
- Comfort working with data-driven solutions and AI products; familiarity with production deployment practices and integration patterns is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple initiatives, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in consulting, enterprise implementations, or industrial operations is a plus, as is prior work with change management and user training.
