What Youll Do

- Own the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers, ensuring successful and timely go-lives.
- Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts and workflows to address customer-specific implementation requirements.
- Configure and integrate customer systems using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and third-party platforms.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementation, translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable guidance for customers.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues by identifying root causes across integrations, configurations, and product workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams to escalate bugs, propose product improvements, and advocate for customer needs.
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer communication and project visibility.
- Build long-term customer confidence by delivering a smooth onboarding experience and setting realistic expectations throughout the implementation journey.

What Were Looking ForTechnical Skills
- 1-4 years of hands-on experience with Python, including writing, debugging, and maintaining production-quality code.




- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, authentication, and API troubleshooting.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and debugging techniques.
- Comfortable reading technical documentation and quickly learning recent tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with Git, SQL, Linux, or cloud platforms is a plus.

Communication & Problem Solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
