Role Description The Immigration Lawyer will provide legal advice and representation on Australian immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, compliance, and related issues.

Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, drafting legal submissions, and liaising with government agencies and regulatory bodies.



The role involves managing a portfolio of cases, maintaining accurate records, staying current with Australian immigration laws and MARA regulations, and contributing to internal knowledge sharing. The lawyer will collaborate closely with migration agents and support staff to ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage multiple client files, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and respectfully.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and valid license or eligibility to practice law, preferably with specialization or experience in immigration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software; attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
