Candidate Requirements:
- BPO experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Customer Service / Email Support / Chat Support / Non-Voice Process will be preferred.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Good typing and email drafting skills.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.
Shift & Working Details:
- Boys: Shift timings may fall between 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM
- Girls: Shift timings may fall between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
Salary:
- CTC: 22,000 per month
- In-Hand Salary: 18,000 per month
