Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients professionally and efficiently.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

- Promote company products and services while identifying sales opportunities.

- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

- Understand business objectives and contribute towards process goals.

- Learn and effectively use company tools, CRM applications, and internal systems.

- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the system.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1+ years of experience in a US/UK/Australian International Voice Process, preferably with Sales.
- Solid sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work on CRM/tools.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
- Age Criteria: Below 32 years.
