Job Role: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) Kotak Mahindra Bank

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Banks payroll

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking sales or BPO voice process with sales exposure
- No freshers will be considered
- No employment gap of more than 6 months

- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Age: 18 to 30 years

- Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English

- Positive with mathematical calculations
- Well-groomed and polished, with customer interaction skills

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience in BPO voice process with sales targets
- Background in financial products or banking sales

Compensation:

- CTC: Up to 5,50,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
- Incentives: Up to 35,000 per month (performance-based)

Work Schedule:

- Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed day shift)
- Location: On-site Wagle Estate, Thane
