? We’re Hiring | IC5 – IDP Tool Development

Are you passionate about Platform Engineering, Developer Productivity, Cloud Native technologies, and Python development? We are looking for an experienced IC5 – IDP Tool Development Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will help build and enhance Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), enterprise integrations, developer tools, and cloud-native engineering solutions.

? Key Responsibilities & Skills

✅ Extensive hands-on experience in Python-based platform engineering and product development, including:

- Backend services development
- Platform automation
- Developer productivity tools
- Enterprise integrations

✅ Strong expertise with the Python ecosystem, including:

- FastAPI / Flask for scalable APIs and microservices
- Django for web and platform applications
- Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Celery, or similar tools
- Python package and module development
- Test-driven development using PyTest or equivalent frameworks

✅ Solid experience in API architecture and development:

- REST API design
- API security and authentication
- Service and enterprise integrations

✅ Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions (GHA)



and enterprise CI/CD platform engineering

✅ Hands-on experience with Cloud Native technologies, preferably:

- Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud platforms

✅ Experience developing or managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using:

- Backstage (preferred)
- Harness or similar developer experience platforms

➕ Preferred experience with AI-enabled SDLC / AI-SDLC practices and integrating AI capabilities into engineering workflows.

✅ Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

- Terraform (preferred)
- Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks

? Understanding of enterprise security practices, including:
- Security governance
- Secrets management
- Security tooling integrations such as CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, Checkmarx, Mend, SonarQube, or equivalent

? What We’re Looking For A strong technical leader who can define platform architecture, mentor engineers, drive developer productivity initiatives, and build scalable engineering platforms.
