Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational oversight for daily and overnight batch workloads, running 7

days a week (including weekends and public holidays).
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents impacting IBM DataStage ETL jobs and

dependent data flows.
- Support and maintain Apache Spark and Delta Lake processing pipelines, ensuring

performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot PostgreSQL and IBM Db2 issues, including connectivity, query

performance, and service availability.
- Manage workload orchestration in Control-M, including restarts, dependency

handling, and recovery activities for failed runs.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA)



for production issues and document findings,

mitigations, and preventative actions.
- Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams during incidents,

outages, and major releases. Required Skills & Experience
