Job Role

HVAC Project Engineer / Site Engineer

- Handle HVAC projects independently from planning through completion.

- Read and understand HVAC layouts, drawings, and project specifications.

- Work extensively with VRF systems, chilled water piping systems, AHU, and ventilation systems.

- Plan and coordinate HVAC installation activities at project sites.

- Allocate work properly to subcontractors and monitor their performance.

- Ensure project activities are completed within the scheduled timelines.

- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate with subcontractors, site teams, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and resolve technical and site-related HVAC issues.

- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.

- Maintain project-related documentation and progress reports.

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Systems

- Handle VRF system installation and commissioning activities.

- Coordinate chilled water piping system installation.

- Manage AHU installation and related activities.

- Supervise ventilation system installation and maintenance.





- Ensure HVAC layouts and designs are implemented correctly at the site.

Subcontractor Management

- Allocate daily work to subcontractors based on project requirements.

- Monitor subcontractor productivity, quality, and work progress.

- Ensure manpower is utilized effectively.

- Coordinate with subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

Project Execution

- Independently manage HVAC project execution.

- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion.

- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues.

- Coordinate with project teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

- Good knowledge of HVAC layouts and drawings.

- Robust practical knowledge of VRF systems.

- Knowledge of chilled water piping systems.

- Knowledge of AHU and ventilation systems.

- Ability to independently handle HVAC projects.

- Strong subcontractor and site coordination skills.

- Good project planning and time-management skills.

- Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
