The incumbent acts as the primary liaison between the helpdesk, engineering teams, contractors, and airport operations for effective issue resolution and task coordination. The position involves proactive monitoring of HVAC infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and airport standards, and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Additionally, the role requires prompt emergency response, cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement and safety culture within the team.
