Roles & Responsibilities – HVAC Design Engineer (4+ Years Experience)

- Design and develop HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, cleanroom, and other building projects.
- Perform cooling/heating load calculations and equipment sizing.
- Design and select AHU, FCU, ventilation fans, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducts, and piping systems.
- Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, and equipment layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
- Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, equipment schedules, and material requirements.
- Coordinate HVAC designs with Architecture, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Project teams.
- Review project drawings and identify design clashes and coordination issues.




- Ensure designs comply with applicable ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA, and project standards.
- Provide technical support to procurement, site execution, commissioning, and validation teams.
- Review vendor technical submittals and support in technical evaluation and approval.
- Prepare and maintain design calculations, design documents, and project records.
- Participate in client meetings and resolve technical queries and design-related issues.
- Support project execution by providing revised drawings and as-built documentation as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
