Hiring: HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer

Role Description

- Design HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, equipment layouts, and ventilation systems.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project estimates.
- Perform heat load calculations, ventilation analysis, and equipment selection.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and tender documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and site teams.
- Provide technical support for HVAC sales, client meetings, and consultancy.
- Conduct site visits and assist with project execution when required.
- Stay updated with HVAC standards, codes, technologies, and energy-productive solutions.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in HVAC system design, including knowledge of air conditioning,



ventilation, and exhaust systems; ability to perform load calculations and select appropriate equipment.
- Experience in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting for HVAC installations to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems as they relate to HVAC projects, including coordination of piping layouts and related services.
- Strong customer service skills to communicate with clients, understand requirements, and provide clear technical explanations and support.
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC design and estimation, preferably in commercial or industrial projects.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in CAD or HVAC design software and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and industry practices.
