Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and people practices for Marwari Catalysts’ on-site team in Jodhpur in a full time capacity. This role includes managing recruitment and selection processes, onboarding and orientation, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards, and support training and development programs for team members and partner entities.

The role also involves handling employee relations, conducting regular feedback and review cycles, managing compensation and benefits administration,



and collaborating with leadership to build a values-driven, inclusive culture aligned with the organization’s entrepreneurial mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, company policies, and best practices in workplace ethics and governance.
- Candidates should possess skills in training and development, including designing and implementing learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related tools.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or startup environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, manage multiple priorities, and support a growing, mission-driven organization.
