Role Description The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot and involves implementing HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting in development.

The role includes handling employee relations, addressing queries, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Officer will collaborate with management to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards and contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position is intended for local candidates only.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and development, including drafting, updating, and implementing HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software, basic MS Office proficiency, and understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous HR experience in financial services or NBFCs will be considered an added benefit.
