HR-Manager(Hospital & Healthcare Dept)

Eligibility:

Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience

Mandatory experience in the healthcare industry (Hospitals/Healthcare Organizations)

Strong knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR policies

Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills

Ability to drive organizational culture and strategic HR initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals

Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations

Foster employee engagement, learning & development, and performance excellence.
