Role Description The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. This full-time, on-site role is based in Haridwar and involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, handling grievance and disciplinary processes, and supporting learning and development initiatives.





The HR Manager will also contribute to policy development, workforce planning, and engagement activities that foster retention, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Experience with performance management, goal setting, and employee development, including training coordination and coaching.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that support a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR operations, HRIS tools, documentation, payroll coordination, and advantages administration.
- Thorough understanding of applicable labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy development in an industrial or manufacturing context.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, ideally within industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related sectors.
