Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Ess Ell Diagnostics is a full-time, on-site position based in Patiala. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement across the centers. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with organizational goals.

The HR Manager will handle employee relations, address workplace issues, manage payroll coordination, and ensure accurate HR documentation and reporting. Collaboration with management and department heads to support training, career development,



and a positive work culture is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare or diagnostic services, familiarity with multi-location operations, and proficiency with HRIS or HR software will be beneficial.
