Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Chinmaye Inn is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhagalpur. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for hotel and events staff. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, and supporting workforce planning to meet business and wedding event demands.

Manager will handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures, while promoting a positive, inclusive,



and service-oriented workplace culture. The role also includes coordinating training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, maintaining accurate HR records, and collaborating with management to support strategic workforce and talent initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong skills in policy development, HR documentation, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Ability to design and deliver training, support staff development, and manage hotel/event workforce planning.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS, spreadsheets, word processing tools).
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or service-focused organizations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Bhagalpur, with flexibility to support weekend or evening events as needed.
