Role Description
At Progoez, we specialize in helping businesses grow online through strategic marketing services. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support our people operations. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes in a dynamic and work from home environment.
STIPEND FIXED: INR 3000/Month The duration of this internship is 6 months and can be extended if required.
Qualifications
- Freshers with a strong interest in Human Resources
- Candidates with prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Google Workspace and
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records
- Support onboarding and documentation processes
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
