Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management,



and employee engagement for CMR Developers’ teams. This full time, hybrid role is based in Cannanore, with a mix of on-site presence and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll and benefits in coordination with relevant teams, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The role also involves supporting leadership with organizational development initiatives, conducting training needs assessments, coordinating learning and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and reporting.
