Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with maintaining HR records, coordinating interviews, supporting the creation and updating of HR documents and policies, and helping organize employee events and trainings. The intern will also contribute to tracking attendance and leave, compiling HR reports, and responding to basic employee queries under supervision. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring consistent office presence and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR experience.
- Ability to support the development and implementation of HR Policies and understand basic compliance requirements.
- Basic understanding of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist in benefits-related communication and documentation.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
- Demonstrated interest in social impact, financial inclusion, or women’s empowerment is an added advantage.
