We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our people function and ensure our HR practices align with the company’s growth and culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and talent development. This role is critical in building a strong, motivated, and high-performing workforce while fostering a culture of innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity.
Key Responsibilities1.
Talent
Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical, sales, operations, and leadership roles.
- Build strong employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning in line with business growth.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies (POSH, Equal Opportunity, Leave, etc.) in compliance with Indian labour laws and company standards.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour laws, etc.).
- Act as custodian of HR audits, legal documentation, and disciplinary procedures.

Performance
Management
- Drive the performance appraisal cycle, goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), and continuous feedback.
- Develop frameworks for performance improvement and career progression.
- Align compensation and benefits with market competitiveness and internal equity.
4. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs across departments and coordinate training programs.
- Implement leadership development initiatives and succession planning.
- Support continuous learning culture with workshops, mentorship, and coaching.

Employee
Engagement & Culture Building
- Lead engagement activities, recognition programs, and townhalls.
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values (innovation, sustainability, impact).
- Act as a trusted partner for conflict resolution and employee welfare.
6. HR Operations & Systems
- Oversee payroll, attendance, and HRMS operations.
- Maintain accurate HR data and analytics for decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to provide insights on attrition, engagement, and workforce trends.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
- 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, SaaS, or fast-growth startups.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and data-driven decision making.
