What you’ll do
Reach out to and engage potential candidates
Explain roles, answer queries, and drive conversions
Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
Manage onboarding from offer to Day 1 experience
Handle offer letters, LORs, and basic HR docs
Act as the bridge between candidates and the team
Take MoMs and track follow-ups
Ensure a outstanding candidate experience end-to-end
