Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Focalyt will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for training centers and corporate staff. This full-time on-site role, based in the Mohali district, involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting a culture that promotes inclusion, qualified growth, and skill development.

Manager will coordinate workforce planning, manage HR documentation and records, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals. The role also includes supporting training and development initiatives, handling conflict resolution, conducting HR reporting and analytics, and ensuring consistent HR support to teams across the company’s geographic coverage area.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices in the Indian context.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software tools, and basic data analysis for HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Experience in training, employee development, or working with skill development or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make sound, ethical decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Willingness to work in office in the Mohali district and occasionally travel within the company’s geographic coverage area, as needed.
