Learn what actually keeps a company running behind the scenes. This is a structured, mentor-led, 6-month HR internship built on real hands-on work, not theory alone — you will progress from HR fundamentals to actively supporting live hiring cycles and internal people processes at RP Strativa, guided by experienced HR professionals at every stage.

Your 6-Month Learning Journey

Month 1–2: Foundations

Core HR concepts, employment lifecycle basics, HR documentation standards, communication and stakeholder-handling skills, and an introduction to HRMS/ATS platforms used for tracking candidates and employee records.

Month 3–4: Applied Practice

Live exposure to sourcing and screening candidates, drafting job descriptions, scheduling and coordinating interview panels, onboarding documentation, and supporting employee-engagement initiatives under mentor supervision.

Month 5–6: Ownership & Capstone

End-to-end ownership of a mini hiring cycle or engagement project, HR-metrics reporting, and building a portfolio-ready capstone that demonstrates your recruitment, onboarding, and people-operations capability.

Core Skills You'll Build

- Recruitment and sourcing strategy across job boards, referrals, and campus channels
- Candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer-management workflows
- Structured onboarding design and new-hire experience management
- HR operations: documentation, compliance basics, and record-keeping discipline
- Employee engagement planning and internal communication
- Data-driven HR reporting and dashboarding fundamentals

Tools & Technologies You'll Work With

Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS platforms, Google Workspace / MS Office for documentation and reporting, and collaborative scheduling tools used to run real hiring pipelines.

Students and freshers who are serious about building a career in HR/People functions, showing up consistently, and treating this internship as a full-time, in-office-hours commitment for 6 months.

Mandatory Full time Availability

This is a FULL-TIME internship. Selected interns must be available and actively engaged Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every working day, for the entire duration of the 6-month program. This availability is mandatory and non-negotiable — there are no part-time, weekend-only, or reduced-hour tracks. Interns who cannot commit to this full-time schedule for the complete program duration should not apply.

Compensation — Please Read Before Applying

This is a strictly UNPAID internship. There is no stipend, salary, or monetary compensation of any kind at any stage of this program, including any extension or the Premium tier. This internship is offered purely as a skill-building, mentorship, and certification opportunity. Applicants expecting paid compensation should not apply.
