Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy HR Generalist to manage and strengthen HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end HR functions, HR technology, employee engagement, compliance, and team management, along with the ability to drive automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and separation processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR processes across departments and ensure effective coordination with business teams.
- Drive HR process automation and digital transformation across departments.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve HR efficiency, reporting,



and decision-making.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and key workforce metrics.
- Support management in organizational development, manpower budgeting, policy formulation, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and resolve people-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS/HR software and digital HR processes.
- Good understanding of AI applications and automation in HR.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven, and dynamic media environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS software will be preferred.
