Looking for a Dynamic Senior HR professional for a PR firm based in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end em ployee life cycle activites

- Act as a strategic partner between business and people functions to drive alignment, team effectiveness, and employee experience
- Partner with hiring managers to manage hiring needs, define role requirements, and ensure strong hiring outcomes
- Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
- Manage exit interviews
- Identify people-related challenges across teams and implement practical, scalable solutions and engagement initiatives
- Build strong feedback mechanisms and ensure actionable follow-through on employee insights
- Support managers in strengthening performance management, team development, and overall leadership effectiveness




- Bring strong ownership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a fast-paced, evolving workplace

Job Requirements

- 2–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in any domain, Hr specialisation is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset—ability to independently drive initiatives
- Experience or exposure to hiring and stakeholder management
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
