We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels .
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR .
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment databases .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
