Role Description The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, administering HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The role involves addressing employee queries, supporting performance management activities, and fostering positive employee relations through regular communication and engagement initiatives.

assist with payroll coordination and HR documentation, and contribute to a qualified, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including documentation, compliance, and process administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, feedback, and engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software or HRIS tools; prior experience in a marketing or creative services environment is an advantage.
