Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and workplace culture programs.
- Assist in HR operations and day-to-day employee coordination.
- Handle administrative operations such as attendance records, office coordination, vendor coordination, and general workplace administration.
- Maintain HR trackers, records, and internal reports.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or administration.
- Prior experience working in a D2C setup or fast-paced startup environment will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
