We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations

Location: Plant Location – Thiruporur, Chennai

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on HR Executive who can manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting a growing and dynamic organisation.

? Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, joining formalities and recruitment MIS.
- Maintain manpower and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation and HR communications.
- Support HR policies, processes, audits and compliance activities.

Leave & Attendance Management

- Manage employee attendance, leave, shifts, absenteeism and related records.
- Coordinate attendance regularisation with HODs.
- Provide accurate attendance inputs for payroll processing.

Employee Onboarding

- Coordinate pre-joining and joining formalities.
- Manage documentation, induction and employee orientation.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for employee access, ID cards and other onboarding requirements.

HRMS & HR Analytics

- Maintain employee master data and HR transactions in HRMS.
- Generate HR MIS and dashboards.




- Track headcount, attrition, recruitment, absenteeism, attendance and other key HR metrics.
- Support management with data-driven HR reports and insights.

Employee Engagement & Plant HR

- Handle routine employee queries and provide HR support.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Work closely with employees, HODs and management to ensure smooth HR operations at the plant.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong experience in Recruitment & HR Operations
- Hands-on experience in Leave & Attendance Management
- Good understanding of HRMS & HR Analytics
- Strong MS Excel and HR MIS skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace or a plant environment will be an advantage

Important: Interview Process The selection process will have 2 rounds : Round 1 – Virtual Interview

Functional and HR discussion conducted online.

Round 2 – Face-to-Face Interview

Final discussion at our Plant Location – Thiruporur, Chennai .
