Role Description The HR Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kadavanthra. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

This position also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintaining candidate communication, and supporting offer negotiation and onboarding. The recruiter will help maintain accurate recruitment records, track metrics, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant employment regulations.



The role requires robust stakeholder engagement, a focus on candidate experience, and alignment with GEI’s values and patient-centered mission.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to use job portals, and professional networks for talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, basic employment laws, and compliance requirements in healthcare or similar sectors.
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple open positions and recruitment timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with digital tools for reporting and documentation.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles in hospitals or healthcare settings is preferred.
