Role Description The Human Resources Executive Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Sadar. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes.

The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining job requirements, and supporting the development of effective hiring strategies. The recruiter will manage candidate communication, maintain recruitment documentation, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Additional responsibilities include contributing to HR operations,



supporting employee relations initiatives, and helping implement HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling documentation, maintaining records, and supporting onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess Employee Relations skills, with the ability to address concerns, support engagement initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Candidates should possess HR Policies knowledge, including applying company policies consistently and supporting compliance with relevant regulations.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or HR generalist, preferably within infrastructure, construction, or related industries, is an advantage.
