Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining employee records in alignment with company policies. This role will oversee employee relations, support performance management processes, and help implement HR initiatives that foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

The Human Resources

Executive will coordinate recruitment activities, assist with workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. The position involves handling HR queries,



supporting training and development programs, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including workforce planning and organizational development.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant and efficient HR processes.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and support for a respectful, inclusive workplace.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, along with solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
