DIGI-MAA Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive to support our growing team with recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations and day-to-day people management.

We are a digital marketing agency working across web development, design, SEO, content, performance marketing, ecommerce and other digital services. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and interview coordination
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other hiring channels
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement and internal communication
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback
- Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination
- Prepare and maintain HR letters, records and documentation
- Support management with hiring requirements and workforce planning




- Coordinate exit formalities and employee documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or HR Operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment and candidate coordination skills
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle employee information professionally and confidentially
- A proactive and problem-solving approach

Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, creative agency or service-based organization will be an advantage.
