As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who can strengthen our people culture, employee experience and employer brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive initiatives across HRBP, Culture Building, Employee Engagement, Outstanding Place to Work (GPTW) and Employer Branding. The role will work closely with leadership to translate business priorities into people strategies and build a high-performance, inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering

- Partner with business leaders and managers on people strategy, organisation effectiveness and workforce planning.
- Act as a trusted HR advisor on employee relations, performance, talent, retention and people matters.
- Drive people initiatives aligned with business growth and organisational priorities.
- Provide data-driven insights on engagement, attrition, performance and workforce trends.

Culture Building & Employee Experience

- Build and strengthen Zyeta's organisational culture and employee experience.
- Develop and execute an annual employee engagement and culture calendar.
- Drive employee listening initiatives, pulse surveys, feedback mechanisms and action plans.
- Develop initiatives around recognition, rewards, employee connect, leadership communication and employee wellbeing.
- Build strong employee communities and internal engagement platforms.

GPTW / Employer of Choice

- Own and drive Zyeta's Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification journey.
- Coordinate GPTW surveys, data preparation, submissions, audits and action plans.
- Analyse employee feedback and convert insights into measurable culture and engagement interventions.
- Benchmark Zyeta's people practices against leading organisations and continuously improve the employee experience.





Employer Branding

- Develop and strengthen Zyeta's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to build Zyeta's employer brand.
- Drive employee storytelling, leadership communication, employee advocacy and workplace culture campaigns.
- Support employer branding across LinkedIn, social media, careers page, campus engagement and recruitment campaigns.
- Build a strong external perception of Zyeta as an employer of choice.

Leadership & Talent

- Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, performance management and capability development.
- Coach managers on people management, employee engagement and performance conversations.
- Identify critical talent and retention risks and develop appropriate interventions.
- Support leadership development and manager enablement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with significant HRBP / Business Partnering exposure.
- Strong experience in Culture Building, Employee Engagement and Employee Experience.
- Hands-on experience managing GPTW / Great Place to Work certification is highly preferred.
- Experience in Employer Branding, EVP and internal communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of engagement surveys, people analytics and action planning.
- Experience in a high-growth organisation, professional services, design, construction, real estate, technology or similar environment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
- Someone who is hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable building people practices from the ground up.
