JOB PROFILE – HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HRBP)

Position: HR Manager – Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Tech Zone-IV, Greater Noida

Company: Indian Subsidiary of a European IT Company

Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Compensation: 10 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, mature, and highly dependable HR Business Partner (HRBP) / HR Manager to independently manage the complete Human Resources function for our growing Indian operations.

This is a hands-on role for a seasoned HR professional who is comfortable working closely with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR operations, building effective people processes, supporting business growth, and fostering a professional, disciplined, and performance-oriented work culture.

As part of a small but growing organization, the HR Manager will be expected to take ownership of the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and separation processes.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, practical, trustworthy, process-oriented, and capable of independently handling HR responsibilities while acting as an effective bridge between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

- Independently manage and drive the complete HRBP function for the organization.
- Partner closely with management and leadership on people-related strategies and organizational requirements.
- Act as a trusted bridge between management and employees.
- Support leadership in building a structured, professional, disciplined, and growth-oriented work culture.
- Provide practical HR support and recommendations on employee-related matters.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications.
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants, agencies, and external vendors whenever required.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and joining formalities.
- Ensure smooth and professional onboarding and induction of new employees.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including:
- Joining and onboarding
- Probation and confirmation
- Employee engagement
- Performance discussions
- Career and development coordination
- Employee relations
- Exit and separation formalities
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

HR Operations & Administration

- Maintain and implement HR policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, employee records, and other HR operational requirements.




- Ensure timely maintenance of employee files and HR documentation.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between employees, management, and relevant external agencies.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

- Promote a positive, professional, respectful, and productive workplace environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a fair and confidential manner.
- Handle employee conflicts and support appropriate conflict resolution.
- Ensure employee discipline and adherence to organizational policies and professional standards.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives appropriate for the size and culture of the organization.

Performance & Organizational Support

- Support management in coordinating performance management and employee review processes.
- Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational structuring.
- Identify HR process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Support initiatives related to employee productivity, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.

Compliance & Confidentiality

- Ensure HR practices and documentation are maintained in line with applicable organizational and statutory requirements.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of company, management, and employee information.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and workplace standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience , with strong exposure to the HRBP function .
- Demonstrated experience in independently managing multiple HR functions and responsibilities.
