Role Description The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and helping with onboarding and orientation.

The Human Resources

Assistant will assist with benefits administration, support training initiatives, and help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also involves updating HRIS data, preparing HR reports,



responding to employee queries, and providing general administrative support to the HR team to ensure smooth HR workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an understanding of core HR processes.
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for maintaining and updating employee data.
- Knowledge of Advantages Administration and basic HR compliance practices.
- Ability to support Training activities, including coordinating sessions and maintaining training records.
- Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Prior experience in an HR support role and interest in wellness, nutrition, or the food industry is an advantage.
