We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Assistant to support our HR team with day-to-day human resources activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable working with people, and have a strong sense of confidentiality and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and attendance records.
- Support employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with leave, attendance, and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Ensure HR processes and records are maintained accurately and confidentially.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
