What we do
Lucidity is building an agentic SaaS platform that autonomously manages cloud spend and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Our proven foundation is autonomous block storage optimization, where we've eliminated over-provisioning and delivered up to 70% cost reduction with zero downtime across Fortune 1000 environments. We are now extending that same closed-loop action muscle across the rest of the cloud bill.
This creates a significant opportunity as enterprises accelerate AI adoption and their infrastructure spend continues to compound.
Key benefits include:
- Autonomous action, not recommendations. Our AI agents don't just surface waste — they act on it safely, in production.
- Significant Cost Savings across cloud storage today, and the full cloud + AI spend surface next.
- Elimination of Downtime through simulation, confidence scoring, and automatic rollback on every action.
- Application Agnostic solution that works across AWS, Azure, and GCP without rip-and-replace.

About the Role:
We're hiring an HR Operations Associate to own employee engagement, lifecycle management, employer branding, and day-to-day HR operations at Lucidity. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement
- Plan, execute, and analyze engagement activities — celebrations, all-hands, offsites, and R&R; programs (e.g., Kudos, Benepik) — including vendor coordination, bookings, budget/payment tracking, and attendance/feedback reporting
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and exit (kits, assets, Gmail admin, database updates, Google Vault process, IT related activities)
- Manage insurance additions/deletions/renewals and the internship lifecycle (assessments, 1:1s, certificates)
- Maintain employee database and trackers — update sheets, manage onboarding/exit checklists, and add/remove access across tools
- Coordinate birthday, anniversary, and other milestone celebrations and related communications
- Employee queries / HR helpdesk – handling day-to-day employee queries around policies, leave, insurance, payroll, documentation, etc.
Employer Branding
- Own HR's LinkedIn presence (posts, quarterly calendars) and Glassdoor profile/reviews, with quarterly engagement reporting
- Partner with the marketing team on design and creative elements for HR/employer branding content
Operations , General Administration and HR audits
- Manage and track company assets — laptops and other equipment — including procurement, inventory, allocation, and collection
- Manage workspace access, parking, and other general office administration
- Manage HR tools (Sprinto, DailyBot, Google Workspace) and coordinate payments/invoicing with Finance; prepare monthly leave reports
- HR audits/ process documentation – maintaining SOPs, checklists and ensuring processes are audit-ready.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years in HR operations or a generalist role; prior experience at an early-stage startup is mandatory
- MBA not required — hands-on ops experience matters more
- Strong organization, written communication, and a proactive, self-managing mindset
- Comfortable working from the Bangalore office 3-4 days a week
Tools & Automation
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Comfortable setting up simple automations, using AI tools (e.g., Claude, spreadsheet formulas, workflow tools, scheduled reports) to reduce manual work
