Role & responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Post job vacancies, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System

Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and ensure all employment, tax, and identification paperwork is completed

Employee Records & Data Entry: Maintain accurate personnel files and manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) data, including leaves, PTO, and attendance tracking

Advantages & Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation by tracking relevant data (e.g., absences, bonuses) and help employees navigate benefits enrollment and queries

Employee Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for staff questions regarding company policies, procedures, and benefits,



escalating complex issues when necessary

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).
- Experience: 35 years of hands-on administrative or HR experience.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping to prevent payroll or compliance errors.
- Confidentiality: Absolute discretion when handling sensitive employee and company information.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS/HRMS), ATS, and Microsoft Office
